Expertly crafted to resemble the durable locking D carabiner used in rock climbing, these stunning sterling silver earrings are guaranteed to make a statement. Each earring comes with a secure rubber-lined bullet ear clutch, ensuring a comfortable and safe fit. Measuring 5/8 inches high and 1/2 inches wide (15.9 x 12.7 millimeters), these earrings were the first design in our popular Rock Climbing Jewelry collection. Originating from our family jewelry shop, the design was inspired by the high angle equipment used in our local search and rescue team. After carving the intricate pattern into green wax, we used the lost wax process to transform it into exquisite silver. These earrings have been a customer favorite since our first sale in May 1994, and come packaged in a beautiful jewelry gift box.
